Cara earned 4th in the puppy group (10 breeds competing) at age 6 months and finished her AKC championship with 4 majors. Cara was Best in Sweepstakes at American Spaniel Club 2003, over an entry of 25. (Thanks to judge Betty Cummings for noticing Cara.) She also earned 5 points towards her Canadian championship, including taking Best of Winners at the WSS Club of Canada booster in 2003 (photo above). Cara was Highest Scoring WSS in Trial at the WSSCA 2004 National Specialty. Our friend Cindy Ratermann, who owns Cara's sister Cokie, handled Cara to the final leg of her CD in Summer 2006. Cara has abnormal myelination of the optic nerves and has been spayed.
